Xfer Records lanserer nå en ny versjon av den populære synthen Serum. Her kommer Serum versjon 2!
I den nye versjonen finnes det bl.a. forbedret arbeidsflyt og forbedrede, eller nye oscillator-typer: Wavetable Oscillator har fått økt fleksibilitet, Multisample Oscillator, Sample Oscillator, Granular Oscillator, Spectral Oscillator.

- Spectral Oscillator for harmonic resynthesis and transient detection.
- Workflow enhancements: Flexible effect routing, arpeggiator, and clip sequencer.
- Content: Over 626 presets and 288 wavetables.
The original motivation for creating Serum was to have a dream synthesizer that did not exist: a wavetable synthesizer with a truly high-quality sound, visual and creative workflow-oriented interface to make creating and altering sounds fun instead of tedious, and the ability to «go deep» when desired – to create / import / edit / morph wavetables, and manipulate these on playback in real-time.
