Softube lanserer Empirical Labs Professor Punch-Knuckles, en ny plugin som gir ulik grad av forvrengning / overstyring / saturatlon. Softube har samarbeidet med Dave Derr om å gi pluggen samme karakteristikk som man finner i klassisk hardware fra Empirical Labs. Den nye pluggen, Professor Punch-Knuckles, vil flg. Softube kunne gi alt fra mild varme til mer aggressiv overstyring.
Professor Punch-Knuckles kan kjøpes som separat plugin, men inngår også i ulike bundles. Den finnes for macOS og Windows i formatene VST, VST3, AU og AAX.
Introduksjonsprisen er $99. Ordinær pris er $129. Det finnes en 20 dagers demo tilgjengelig for nedlasting.
