Cherry Audio har nå lansert SH-MAX som er basert på Rolands SH serie med synther fra 70-tallet. Det er imidlertid ikke «bare» en emulering, for de har tatt det beste fra alle modellene (SH-3A som kom i 1975, SH-5 i 1976, og SH-7 fra 1978), og kombinert dem i SH-MAX. I tillegg har de lagt til litt goodies som orginalen ikke hadde.

- Four independent customizable effects chains, one for each of the three signal paths plus a global layer, with an individual effects modulator for each layer
- 20 studio-quality effects that can be arranged, saved, and recalled within their effects chains, which interchangeable with Cherry Audio’s Trident and Mercury-8 synthesizers:
